HotelGEO is a tool for analyzing and optimizing the visibility of your accommodation within AI assistants (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) — an activity known as GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). We measure whether and how often the AIs name you, point out the competitors recommended instead of you, and generate ready-to-publish content to improve your presence. The service is provided by Digitalps SRL.

Visibility in AI assistants does not improve overnight. For an action to take effect, several things must happen, typically over a period of a few weeks to several months:

• the generated content must actually be published on your site and on Google;
• search engines and AI assistants must read and index that content;
• the AI models are updated periodically by their respective providers (not in real time): time can pass between a publication and the moment a model “knows” about it.

That's why we recommend continuous use (periodic re-scans) and measure the trend over time, rather than promising an instant result.

HotelGEO provides tools, analysis and content, but does not guarantee any specific result: in particular we do not guarantee placements, citations or mentions by the AI assistants, nor any given increase in traffic, leads, bookings or revenue.

The reason is simple and honest: the outcome depends largely on factors outside our control — the decisions and updates of the AI providers, the competition in your area, the state of your site and Google profile, and above all your actual implementation of our suggestions.

The score (0–100) is an indicative measure, calculated by querying the AI assistants with a sample of typical guest questions at a given moment. It is not an official figure from the AI providers: their answers may vary over time, between users and between geographic areas. We use it as a reference to estimate the trend, not as an absolute or certified value.

HotelGEO uses third-party AI models (e.g. Google Gemini, OpenAI, Perplexity) to analyze visibility and to generate content. The texts produced by the tool are therefore AI-generated: they should be read, verified and, where appropriate, adapted before publication. We invite you, where appropriate, to indicate that the content is AI-assisted, in line with the transparency principles of the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act).

HotelGEO is not a “high-risk” system under the AI Act: it is an analysis and marketing tool and does not make automated decisions producing legal effects on people.

The content produced (FAQ, pages, structured data, posts) are drafts to review: they may contain placeholders such as [TO FILL IN] to replace with your real data. You are responsible for verifying their accuracy (prices, services, addresses, availability) before publishing them. By publishing the content you declare that the information is truthful and that you have the rights to use it.

The paid plans are subscriptions managed through Stripe. Unless otherwise stated, they renew automatically at the end of the period. You can cancel at any time: the service remains active until the end of the period already paid for. The prices shown are monthly, excluding VAT unless otherwise specified.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Digitalps SRL is not liable for lost profits, loss of bookings or indirect damages arising from the use or non-functioning of the service. We nevertheless strive to ensure the highest possible quality and continuity.

We may update features, prices and these terms over time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

For anything not expressly provided for, Italian law applies; for disputes the court of Bolzano has jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory jurisdictions provided for the protection of the consumer.
