Data controller
The data controller is DIGITALPS S.R.L., Via Mendola 49/B, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italy — VAT/Tax ID 03229680214. Contact: info@digitalps.it · PEC digitalps@legalmail.it.
What data we collect
When you use the free scan we collect the hotel name and the area you enter. If you download the PDF report, we collect your email address and, for technical purposes, the scan result (score, competitors). If you create an account, we store the login email and the hotel data you set.
Why we use it (purposes)
To generate and send you the report, to show you how your visibility evolves over time and — only if you consent — to send you service updates. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Where the data is stored
The data is stored on Supabase, in a data center in the European Union (Ireland). We keep it for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above and delete it on request.
Who we share it with (processors)
To provide the service, the data may be processed by the following providers as processors:
- Supabase — database and authentication (data center in the EU, Ireland);
- Vercel — application hosting;
- Stripe — payment and subscription processing;
- Google (Gemini), OpenAI, Perplexity — AI models used for scanning and content generation;
- Jina AI — technical reading of web pages during the scan;
We do not sell your data to third parties.
Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (e.g. Stripe, OpenAI, Google, Vercel, Jina AI) may also process data outside the EU, typically in the United States. In these cases the transfer is based on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, in particular the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission. During the scan we send the AI models the hotel name, the area and the public content of the website: please do not enter unnecessary personal data.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights you can write to info@digitalps.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
